Golf Club Terms & Conditions
At LateTtimes Ltd we provide an easy to use service which allows you to enter tee times for sale from your golf club. LateTtimes.co.uk is registered in Scotland under company name lateTtimes Ltd with its registered office at 4a Henderson Street, Bridge of Allan, FK9 4HT.
To sign up and use lateTtimes the following terms apply, so please read them carefully. By using or visiting this site you agree to these terms, as well as our privacy policy and our terms of use.
- Contract with lateTtimes Ltd
LateTtimes Ltd acts as an agent on behalf of your golf club or course. Both parties agree to be bound by the following terms & conditions and either party can terminate this agreement without cause or penalty by giving one month’s notice in writing.

- Accuracy of Information
General information supplied by your golf club or course describing your golf course and any facilities must be to the best of your knowledge 100% accurate. This information can be changed as and when required by you. Accordingly we do not accept any liability whatsoever for any action taken from a third party in respect of any inaccurate or erroneous information provided, except to the extent caused by our negligence or fraud.
- Discount on greenfees
Your golf club or course must adhere to lateTtimes strict selling policy of guaranteeing a minimum of 50% discount off a full price greenfee. This is the minimum discount required. It is at your discretion if you wish to reduce your greenfee further.
- Pricing When entering your full greenfee price on a month by month basis, please enter your highest greenfee price for that month that you will be discounting by a minimum of 50%.
- Charges
Acting as your agent we will charge 10% of the total sale. This will be charged as a deposit from the golfer booking the tee time on lateTtimes.co.uk. They will pay the remaining 90% of the sale direct to your golf club or course before they commence play. If an extra player or players are added to the tee time without the lead player contacting lateTtimes first to inform us, a 10% charge on each extra greenfee must be paid to lateTtimes Ltd by your golf club.
- Booking confirmation
LateTtimes will email a booking confirmation to the email address supplied by yourself, informing you of a lead name, contact number, email address, date of tee time, time of tee time, remaining balance and a booking number. An email will also be sent to the buyer with confirmation, remaining balance and booking number. They are required to produce this to you as confirmation of the booking.
- Entering tee times for sale
Your golf club or course must enter a minimum of 2 tee times per week. There is no limit on a maximum number of tee times you wish to sell on lateTtimes.co.uk. A week will commence on a Monday and finish on a Sunday. Tee times can be entered on any day. There are no specific times during the day that we require you to advertise tee times. It is completely your decision. You can enter tee times a maximum of 7 days prior to the tee time and a minimum of 2 days prior to the tee time. Once a tee time has been entered for sale to lateTtimes it cannot be withdrawn or amended.
- Amendments and Cancellations
LateTtimes will inform your golf club of any cancellations or amendments to the booking as soon as we are made aware of any changes.
- Course closure
At times throughout the year you may be required to close your course due to inclement weather or any another exceptional circumstance. We would always encourage you to try to offer the buyer a different time or date but this is at your discretion. If this is not possible lateTtimes will refund the buyer’s 10% deposit after we have had confirmation from your golf club or course. It is not your responsibility to inform lateTtimes of any closure.
- The Customer
From the moment the customer/customers arrive at your golf club or course, lateTtimes will not be held liable for any actions shown or taken by the customer or customers. It is at your discretion how to deal with any incident or situation that may arise from the actions of the customer/customers.
- Our Liability
As an agent for the sale of tee time bookings on behalf of your golf club or course, lateTtimes is not liable for any loss, claim, expense, damage or cost that may be incurred as a result of the provision of any tee times by your golf club or course listed on our site, or any services provided by your golf club or course, except to the extent caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation or by any other matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude our liability. Without limitation to clause 9 we are not liable for any changes to a tee time or cancellations to the tee time set by your golf club or course as a result of any event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the golf club or course such as severe or other unusual or unforeseeable circumstances. We will however try to work with you to resolve any problem by offering, where possible, replacement tee times to the buyer.
- Booked Tee Time Unavailable In the unlikely event that your golf club cannot supply the tee time that was originally advertised and sold by lateTtimes.co.uk, after the golfer has arrived at your golf club, you are required to offer the golfer a new tee time within 45 minutes after the original tee time has passed.
- Complaints
If you are unhappy about the service we supply or wish to discuss any similar matter, please contact our Customer Service team on contact@latettimes.co.uk.
- Data Protection
We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. The only information available for any third party to view is the information you supply us about your golf club or course. You are entitled to see a copy of the information held by us. If you would like to see this please contact Customer services at contact@latettimes.co.uk. We may make a small charge for providing this information for you.
If you have consented to receive marketing communications from us (including our email newsletter) or from selected third parties by email, we or the relevant third party, may contact you by email for this purpose. You may unsubscribe at any stage to future email.
- Amending terms & conditions
We have the right to revise and amend the terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you sign up to lateTtimes, unless any change to these policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority, or if we notify you of any change to these policies or these terms and conditions.
