Golfers Terms & Conditions

At LateTtimes you can book tee times with our extensive selection of golf clubs and golf courses on our website, www.lateTtimes.co.uk.  LateTtimes is registered in Scotland under company name LateTtimes Ltd with its registered office 4a Henderson Street, Bridge of Allan, FK9 4HT.

When you make a tee time booking with a golf club or a golf course using our site, the following terms apply, so please read them carefully.  By using or visiting this site you agree to these terms, as well as our privacy policy and our terms of use.

1. Contract with the Golf Club or Golf Course
   LateTtimes Ltd acts as the agent on behalf of the golf clubs and golf courses listed on our site.  When you make your online tee time booking, your contract is with the golf club or course and the rules and regulations of the club or course apply.
2. What is included in your Booking.
   Your tee time booking is a booking for you to play a round of golf at a particular golf club or course at a particular time.
3. Accuracy of Information
   General information about the golf clubs and courses advertised on our site are provided to us by the golf clubs and courses. Whilst we try to ensure that this information is correct and up to date by regularly contacting the clubs and courses, we rely on the golf clubs and courses providing us with accurate information. Accordingly we do not accept any liability whatsoever to you in respect of any inaccurate or erroneous information provided, except to the extent caused by our negligence or fraud.
4. Prices
   LateTtimes Ltd has a policy of guaranteeing a minimum of 50% discount off a full price greenfee from each of the golf courses advertised on our site. This is a minimum discount and can at times be much greater. A 10% deposit must be paid to www.lateTtimes.co.uk to confirm the booking with the remaining 90% paid direct to the golf club where the booking is made before you commence play. Prices are liable to change at any time, depending on seasons, different discounts etc, but changes will not affect a booking in respect of which you have a received a booking confirmation.
5. Availability of Tee Times
   All tee times offered on our site are supplied to us by the listed golf clubs and courses and we are in regular contact with the clubs and courses to ensure that we have an accurate display of availability.
   
   Individual tee times are available for up to 4 players, so if your booking included more than 4 players, you will need to select more than one tee time.
   
   If there are more than 4 players wishing to play together you will need to book more than 1 tee time, where applicable. (This is dependent on a golf club advertising more than one tee time together.) 6. How to Book a Tee Time
   To book a tee time, you must be 16 years or over and have the required payment method.  By making the booking you confirm that you and the other players on whose behalf you are making the booking accept the terms & conditions, terms of use and privacy policy and that you will inform the other players of the confirmation details and any other relevant information.  For booking purposes you will be known as lead name and you are responsible for making all payments in respect of the booking.
7. Amendments and Cancellations
   Cancellations of a booking must be notified to us by lead name and booking reference number by emailing us at contact@latettimes.co.uk. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the actual tee time in which you are playing.  Failure to do so may incurr a cancellation charge from the golf club and your deposit not being refunded.
   
   If you wish to change the date or tee time of the booking you have made please contact us on contact@latettimes.co.uk as soon as you want to make an amendment and we will do our utmost by speaking to the golf club to make any changes you require. The final decision will be at the discretion of the golf club or golf course.
    
   If you wish to increase the numbers of players on your booking, please contact us at contact@latettimes.co.uk to arrange this with us.  We have to check with the golf club or course to ensure that your original tee time is still available for the number of players you require.  Once this is confirmed, you will liable for a 10% non refundable deposit for each additional player.
   
   If you wish to change the booking to another golf club or course, this will be treated as a cancellation and new booking and a deposit will be taken again for the new tee time chosen.
   
   If any players included in your booking wish to cancel, you as the lead name must notify us as soon as possible before the start of your tee time.  Depending on the terms and conditions of the golf course that apply to your booking and the notice you give of the cancellation, you may be charged cancellation fees by the golf club or course.
   
   Some golf courses or clubs may charge a cancellation fee. All cancellation charges and administrative fees are payable by the lead name direct to the golf club on the booking. It is your responsibility to check if the golf club has a cancellation policy in place.     
8. Course closure
   A golf course or club may on occasion close their golf course due to inclement weather or another exceptional circumstance. This decision is made solely by the golf club or course and is completely at their discretion. If instructed by yourself we will act upon your behalf to try to change the date or time with the golf course to allow you to fulfil your booking. If however this is not an option for you, we will refund your deposit to the same credit or debit card you paid with. You must inform us immediately that the golf course you were due to play at has been closed. Contact us at contact@latettimes.co.uk stating the lead name, the booking reference and the golf course you were due to play at. We will then contact the golf club to confirm this. Once it has been confirmed your deposit will be refunded within 14 days.
9. Booked Tee Time Unavailable                                                                                                     In the unlikely event that the golf club you are playing at cannot supply the tee time that was originally advertised and sold by lateTtimes.co.uk to you, after you have arrived at the golf club, the golf club are required to offer you a new tee time within 45 minutes after the original tee time has passed.
10. Our Liability
    As agent for the sale of tee time bookings on behalf of the golf clubs and courses listed on our site, latettimes is not liable for any loss, claim, expense, damage or cost that you may incur as a result of the provision of any tee times by the golf clubs or courses listed on our site, or any services provided by those golf clubs or courses, except to the extent caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation or by any other matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude our liability.
    
    Without limitation to Clause 9 we are not liable for any changes to your tee times or cancellations by the golf club or course as a result of any event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the golf club or course such as severe or other unusual or unforeseeable circumstances.
    
    While we do our best to give you an informed view on the golf course and clubs that we advertise on our site, we make no representation or warranties about the sustainability of any of the golf courses or clubs with which you book your tee time.
11. Complaints
    As your contract for your tee time is between you and the golf club or course with whom you have made your booking, any complaints should be addressed to the club or course unless it is specifically about a complaint against the latettimes.co.uk website.  We advise you to make the complaints at the time the problem occurs in order to give the club or course an opportunity to rectify the situation.  Delay in making a complaint may reduce your chances of receiving any compensation.  If you should need assistance in relation to any complaint, please contact our Customer Service team on contact@latettimes.co.uk.
12. Data Protection
    In order to process your booking request and to ensure that your booking runs smoothly and meets your requirements, we need to use the information you provide such as name, address, telephone number, email address and payment details.  We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information.  We must pass details of the lead name and contact telephone number to the golf club or course in order to process your booking.  The information may also be provided to security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs or immigration if required by them, or as required by law.  You are entitled to see a copy of the information held by us.  If you would like to see this please contact Customer Services at contact@latettimes.co.uk.  We may make a small charge for providing this information.
    
    If you have consented to receive marketing communications from us (including our email newsletter) or from selected third parties by email, we or the relevant third party may contact you by email for this purpose.  You may unsubscribe to future email at any times.
13. We have the right to revise and amend the terms from time to time.
    You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you make a booking, unless any change to these policies or these terms and conditions are required to be made by law or governmental authority, or if we notify you of any change to those policies or these terms before we send you the booking confirmation.
